WE NEED YOUR HELP!
During library time, we take a few moments to read a book. Even the 8th graders enjoy having a good book read to them. We have many wonderful volunteers that read to the students, however, they are ALL moms.
Mom usually thinks reading is cool, encouraging kids so they might decide it is worthwhile. When dad also jumps on the bandwagon, the kids start to really think there must be something to this reading thing. The more people that seem interested in reading will keep reinforcing that reading is something important and enjoyable.
We would like to ask Dad's or even Grandpa's to come in and read to a class. Pick the class. Contact the library volunteers and we will select a book, unless you have a favorite to read.
The Library times are listed below. Times and days can be subject to change depending on field trips or other events. Give us a call or e-mail the library to work out a time.
